Objectives

Ardana intends to:

  • Be a fully integrated, specialised pharmaceutical company with a global network.
  • Be a leading source of clinical and commercial innovation in reproductive endocrinology and urology and a pioneer in Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GNRH) modulation therapeutics.
  • Build a broad, balanced pipeline from research to the market place.
  • Be the partner of choice for North American specialty pharmaceutical companies wishing to enter the reproductive health market in Europe.
  • Market its products to reproductive specialists in Europe and, in the longer term, the US.

Strategy

Ardana will achieve its objectives by:

  • The vigorous pursuit of in-house research and development programmes.
  • Judicious product/company acquisitions, licensing deals and research collaborations.
  • Focusing on secondary care and specialist markets (e.g. endocrinologists, urologists, obstetricians and gynaecologists) to deliver products which address underserved areas of reproductive health and that can be readily accessed by a dedicated specialist sales force
  • Commercialising its products across Europe.
  • Working with partners to ensure successful sales and marketing in the US and other markets.
  • Adding value to and seeking partners to commercialise non-core Ardana products and territories and those therapies which address large, non-specialty markets such as the primary care sector.
