In order to achieve a broad, balanced portfolio, Ardana has executed a series of licensing agreements and acquisitions to secure later stage development and near market products. These include:

• July 2000: Ardana acquires exclusive rights to commercialise research from the Medical Research Council's (MRC) Human Reproductive Science Unit (HRSU) in Edinburgh
• July 2002: Ardana acquires Zentaris assets in €28 million deal to secure portfolio of products in clinical development
• October 2002: Ardana acquires key European rights to Striant™ SR, a testosterone replacement therapy for male hypogonadism (confirmed by clinical features and biochemical tests), from Columbia Laboratories Inc in $8 million deal
• December 2002: Ardana announces development agreement with Columbia Laboratories for Terbutaline vaginal gel product
• April 2004: Ardana secures full global rights to Teverelix, a long acting gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist from Zentaris
• June 2004: Senetek licenses Invicorp® erectile dysfunction product to Ardana for Europe.
• March 2005 : Ardana announces that it has completed its Initial Public Offering .
• May 2005 : Ardana grants Cytochemia AG exclusive rights to market Striant™ SR in Germany.
• November 2005 : Ardana signs agreement with Pharmacuro to market Striant™ SR in the Nordic Region.
